are the exclusive property of Az Cad Design and reproduction in whole
or in part is strictly prohibited by law. All construction plans ordered
through Az Cad Design are provided as-is and Az Cad Design disclaims all
other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness
of purpose. All blueprints ordered through the US side of our website
are in US Dollars. All Canadian Plans designed to the National Building
Code of Canada and being shipped within Canada are in Canadian Dollars.
The photographs placed online may differ from the actual plans, depending
on the modifications performed by the owner/builder. Construction plans
may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances.
Az Cad Design is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or
indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated
profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the
use of services or any construction plans received from Az Cad Design
even if Az Cad Design has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance
with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans
or construction information received from Az Cad Design prior to use thereof.
In the event any liability is imposed on Az Cad Design, Az Cad Designs'
liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for
Az Cad Designs' product.
